Zoom Video Conferencing Tool had some security issues while Google Meet Premium is now free to use during the lockdown.
As per the Telegram developers, “What’s next, you might ask? The current global lockdown highlighted the need for a trusted video communication tool. Video calls in 2020 are much like messaging in 2013. There are apps that are either secure or usable, but not both. We’d like to fix that, and we will focus on bringing you secure group video calls in 2020.”
We are curious to see the Telegram usability of Telegram’s Video Conferencing Services in the future as they have promised to solve both security and usability issues. For now, Telegram has added features like Quiz Mode (Better Quizzes), 20,000 Stickers, New Attachment Menu, and Bulleye. They also have made some improvements to macOS. To support the people on such harsh situation Telegram added,
“With 2 billion students currently away from schools, the world is in dire need of online educational tools. We’d like to contribute to solving this problem by creating a database of educational tests for all subjects and levels. To do that, today we’re announcing a crowdsourcing initiative in which we will distribute EUR 400,000 among creators of educational tests.”
