Though most of the smartphones launch either have been canceled or postponed, few companies are still making a way through an online presentation. The recent one would be the Vivo S6 5G, the successor to Vivo S5. The device is launched for China only, or as it seems for now.
Vivo S6 5G Features and Specifications
The Vivo S6 5G houses a 6.44-inch 1080-by-2400 AMOLED display and has an aspect ratio of 20:9, 409ppi pixel density. The phone, on the fascia, sports a waterdrop notch for the 32MP selfie camera, in-display fingerprint scanner and a visible chin at the both with nearly-bezel-less side edges.
On the back, the phone features a circular camera module where four cameras, alongside a LED flash, sits, which resembles of what we’ve on flagship Vivo Nex 3S. The primary camera is the 48MP of f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens of f/2.2, a 2MP macro lens of f/2.4 and a 2MP field-depth sensor of f/2.4.
And as of the 5G gaining the hypes, the phone doesn’t seem to lay behind with its Exynos 980 powered dual-mode 5G capability under the hood, previously seen on Vivo X30 and X30 Pro. The Vivo S6 5G comes with 6/8GB RAM and two storage variants; 128GB and 256GB.
For the connectivity, you will find the Type-C reversible USB connector, Bluetooth 5.1. Besides, there’s a 3.5mm intact for the wired-audiophiles and comes with Android 10 out of box, skined FunTouch OS. The handset being a mid-range, a 4500 mAh 18-watt fast-charging battery is a decent choice.
