Started by Alibaba back in 2009 (only in China), 11.11, Singles Day Sales now has become a global phenomenon. This year alone Alibaba welcomed a record-breaking total of over $38 Billion in sales. And Daraz, though no way as near to that number, did sure follow the footsteps of its parent company Alibaba this Daraz 11.11 event and broke all of its previous records

Daraz had prepared itself with more than 3 lakh products and was expecting over 1 lakh orders for Daraz 11.11 Sale Day. And to that Daraz did an amazing job of selling over 1.5 lakh products and seeing orders from around the country involving more than 24 cities. This included 8000+ orders in the first hour of 11.11 Sale Day. Not only that, on that single day, Daraz managed to lure 3.5 lakh new users on the platform, which is a 75% increment compared to 2018, and registered 52,33,344 page views.

This year’s Daraz 11.11 hosted more than 3000 sellers and had an engagement of 50,000+ customers. Among those sellers, Xiaomi, Samsung, LG, Adidas, Titan, TVS, and J.Fisher were the most well-performing sellers.

Daraz 11.11 is officially over for this year 2019, however, some of the top sellers are still holding great deals till this Friday.
