Design and Display

Oppo A92s flaunts 6.57-inch IPS LCD having 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has approximately 84.3% screen-to-body ratio and aspect ratio of 20:9. It also has a 120Hz screen refresh rate. Looking at the device aesthetics, we have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and the volume rockers are placed on the left edge of the device. The display has a punch-hole cut out on the top and the visible chin on the bottom. A sleek design with a punch-hole cut out looks appealing.

48MP Rear Quad Camera Setup

On the camera department, Oppo A92s rocks a total of six camera lenses. For the selfie camera, we have 16MP + 2MP lenses. These are confined by the punch-hole cut out on the top-left corner. With the dual selfie lens, you can shoot videos 1080@30fps.

For the rear camera we have quad camera setup of 48MP (wide) + 8MP (ultrawide) + 2MP (macro) + 2MP (depth). With these lenses, you can shoot videos 2160p@30fps, 1080p@30fps, gyro-EIS. The quad lenses are aligned in a square setup. Within the square box, it has a diagonal bump with an LED flash in between lenses. This is rather a unique bump on the camera setup we have seen so far.

Performance, Software, and Battery

The MediaTek MT6873V Dimensity 800 5G (7 nm) powers Oppo A92s which is coupled with Mali-G57MP4 as GPU. This device runs on Android 10.0 alongside ColorOS 7.0. It comes in two storage variants, 6/128GB and 8/128GB. The internal storage is expandable so you don’t have to worry about running out of space.

Talking about the battery, 3890mAh battery fuels A92s. It also supports 18-watt fast charging. If we look at most of the recent devices they tend to have 4000mAh battery. This looks to be the standard fuel but Oppo A92s is following the trend. For the charging port, we have standard USB Type-C. Black, Blue, and White are the available color variants.
