Oppo has announced numerous devices during this pandemic lockdown. Oppo Find X2 Lite, Oppo A92s, and Oppo Reno Ace 2 are recent announcements. These devices have received positive feedback from the users so far. Now Oppo A92 is available for pre-orders. This device has a couple of changes in the internal specs than Oppo A92s. Design and Display
Oppo A92 flaunts 6.5-inch LTPS IPS LCD display having 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has an approximately 83.4% screen-to-body ratio and aspect ratio of 20:9. It has a punch-hole cutout on the top and visible chin on the bottom. The volume rocker is placed on the left and we have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right. Luckily we have 3.5mm headphones on the bottom alongside charging port and loudspeaker.
48MP Rear Quad Camera
Oppo A92 has a total of five camera lenses. For the selfie camera, it has a 16MP lens that is confined by the punch-hole cutout. With the 16MP lens, you can shoot videos 1080p@30fps. For the rear camera, Oppo A92 has a similar configuration to that of Oppo A92s. The rear quad camera setup consist 48MP (wide) + 8MP (ultrawide) + 2MP + 2MP (depth). However, the macro lens is missing on Oppo A92.
Performance, Software, and Battery
Qualcomm SM6125 Snapdragon 665 (11 nm) powers Oppo A92. For the GPU we have Adreno 610. It runs on Android 10 alongside ColorOS 7.1. It’s available with only one storage variant, 6/128GB. You don’t worry about the storage as it is expandable using a microSDXC card. Massive 5000mAh battery fuels this device. It also supports 18-watt fast charging. For the charging port, we have the standard USB Type-C. Other features like accelerometer, proximity, compass, and many more are also available.

For a mid-range device, Oppo A92 packs some notable specs. The 6.5-inch display, punch-hole cutout, 8GB RAM, 48MP rear quad camera setup, 5000mAh battery all are packed under its hood. It is officially available for pre-order in the Indonesian market at IDR 3,999,000 (€245). Shining White and Twilight Black are the available color variants.
