Vivo Y17

Vivo Y17 price in Nepal 2019 Vivo Y17 is an upgrade to the company 2013’s low-end Y15 smartphones. The phone performs better for the price range in the camera department with a triple-camera setup camera on its back. The main camera module is 13MP, f/2.2, while the other two are an 8MP, f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and a 2MP, f/2.4 depth sensor. On the front, a 20MP, f/2.0 selfie camera is housed by waterdrop notch.

However, the Y17 is a disappointment considering the display and processing power. The handset has a mediocre 6.35-inch with a 720-by-1544 resolution display and is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. But with a combination of 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, priced 2K lower than for  Honor 8X’s similar memory variant, the Y17 could probably compensate for the disappointment for non-gamers.

Why should you buy?

  • Decent camera quality
  • Enough storage space
  • Less-distracting notch

OPPO A5 2020

oppo A5 2020 Recently launched OPPO A5 2020 (alongside OPPO A9 2020) is straight upgrade to the last year’s A5 but still, the A5 (2020) could have been more competing with the features. The A5 2020 does try to impress the smartphone enthusiasts with its larger 6.5 inches display with a water-drop notch, quad rear cameras (12MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP) and massive 5000mAh battery with reverse charging.

But little did it know, the A5 2020 miserably failed with 720p display, SD665, MicroUSB, and 8MP selfie shooter. As you see the A5 2020 and the Mi A3 have similar flaws —poor screen resolution and low-tier SoC—  but Mi A3 covers this over better selfie sensor, more memory, and of course, swift Android One.

Xiaomi Mi A3

Xiaomi Mi A3 Review and Price in Nepal Despite features packed for affordable prices, if the bloatware-d MIUI OS is stopping you to buy Xiaomi handsets, wait, Xiaomi has an answer to that; Mi A3. The A-series lineup from Xiaomi, from the start, has pure stock Android running in its veins and so Mi A3 is no different and what makes it appealing.

Everything on Mi A3 would be shiny and glittery (for the price it is sold for) only if it hadn’t gone with the HD+ display and low-tier Snapdragon 665 chipset. But still, Android 9.0 (Android One) out of the box which guarantees up to (at least) two years of software upgrades and an extra year of security patches saves the day. Not to forget, dual-glass back design and a capable 48MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera setup with 32MP selfie shooter.
